James went above and beyond to get our AC running again—even on a Sunday! He reached out within 10 minutes of our initial message and was at our home shortly after. He was knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything clearly. The pricing seemed extremely fair for the amount of work he did, especially considering it was the weekend. Thanks to James, our home is cool and comfortable again. We would absolutely recommend him—10/10!

Called them for water heater problems. They came over to look at the water heater. Told me I would have to reroute all my plumbing. I got a second opinion from a friend of mine that wasn't even a licensed plumber. He right away told me, It's your water heater. It's out. It's going out. So I went ahead and replaced it, and sure enough it was a water heater. Then I got a call from this plumbing company, WTR, saying that I owed them for services. I told them that I don't remember ever calling them. They said that they sent someone to the house and that I would have to pay anyway. No appointment. I made no appointment, so I explained that to them. All they did was ignore me and send... The bill to collections. I just switched a/c providers and am more than happy with my service. Brandon was my tech and he was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing, how much it would cost and was very thorough. I will be using WTR from here on out and reccomend them to all my friends and family.

The team at WTR is honestly awesome. We’ve used them multiple times now, and every single time they’ve been professional, on time, and super easy to work with. They know their stuff, and you can tell they really care about doing the job right. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but WTR has earned our trust. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for refrigeration or HVAC work.

My ac stopped cooling last Sunday morning. I called WTR and they were out within 1.5 hours. They explained I would pay a 2 hour rate @165.00/hr (330.00)because it was the weekend. I completely understood. The rep was super friendly. However, they charged me 575.00 for the service. He was there for less than an hour & the only thing wrong was a 75.00 capacitor. So that part was marked up 300%. Absolutely ridiculous mark up rate. I felt completely taken advantage of and can’t recommend them. Wrong!!! It was at 9:00 the Sunday before Father’s Day. But nice try. I will definitely make my voice heard moving forward!
