Wulf Brothers installed the HVAC in our Door County home when it was built in 2007. We have relied on Wulf for routine maintenance and service ever since. We have always been very satisfied with their work and the people who perform it, but a recent experience revealed just how good their service team is. On a recent Friday afternoon our furnace and humidifier were receiving routine annual maintenance. Inadvertently, the controller board for the furnace was damaged making the furnace inoperable. In order to get it back up and running, the service technician worked together to find a replacement board, drive about 90 miles round trip to obtain it, and install it by 9:30 that evening. Been with Wulf brothers since 2005. I always ask for Andy out of Luxemburg. Andy is very knowledgeable, if he can’t fix It your in trouble. Professional, wears booties to protect your floor. Leaves area cleaner than he found it. I had another text on emergency call out. He did an excellent Job said he was trained by Andy. Yes you can easily get in touch with them out of hours with fast response time. Time in half or double for out of hours. Everyone does that if you can get them to come out.

Called Wulf Brothers to see if they would install a used fireplace for me, he said that they potentially could and that "if they had time, they might be able to come take a look". -- that was 3 months ago...still no call or follow-up (and I have happily installed it with someone else). I hope someday I'm in a position that I can knowingly turn away business; you might want to explore an alternative.
