We unexpectedly needed a furnace and this crew did great. Brandon explained everything clearly and without pressure. The furnace was installed and running in less than 24 hours, and the cost was far less than the other companies who gave us a quote. Great service!

We had an emergency situation in February. Our furnace stopped working in the coldest week of the month. Within two hours Brandon and his team helped us to select a replacement, ordered it and on the next morning installed the new furnace at our house. They even brought a few station heaters to avoid freezing of the water pipes over night. All this within 24 hours was an incredible experience! Very responsive and professional.

My air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the year. Wyoming Air came the next morning to assess. The AC could not be repaired and it was 18 years old. They brought over a portable AC and hoped they could install a new unit in 2 days, if the new unit arrived on time. Alas, it did not arrive when hoped, but they reserved installation time so it could be installed right after it was received. They were on top of all the issues and knew how important it was to get me back up and running. I was especially impressed that they suggested and delivered a portable AC, which made it possible to stay in my house. They were fabulous.

Wyoming Air is the best to work with. We purchased an air conditioner last July and they put it in the next day. I was having trouble with my furnace and they come right out and they explaining the problem with the furnace and it would be better to purchase a new one. They came up with a good price and financing to purchase a new furnace. If you are interested in good service please give them a call.

Excellent response time to a pretty tricky situation. So grateful the tech was able to get my relatively new furnace up and running after water damage to my house. Some companies might take advantage of the situation as I continue to be 9 hours away in NC, but not Wyoming Air. Can't say enough about the tech's respectful, patient and pleasant personality.
