Tate with Wyosteam did an amazing job ! We had always used diamond carpet care but they retired . Before we had tried Wyosteam we called this other company for the first time and they left our couch, carpets , and rugs in worse shape than before we called them and refused to fix it . It looked like they smeared mud all over everything. We were panicked as we had guests coming in from out of town to stay with us for our baby shower. I had seen wyosteam had a lot of positive reviews all over facebook from people i knew so we called them and the owner , Tate , answered and i told him what happened and he said he was eating lunch right now and asked where we lived . I have 3 dogs and a couple of cats. Wyo steam came to shampoo my carpet and furniture . Boy was I so embarrassed when I seen how stained my carpet was. I thought it would not get cleaned. When he was done it looked like a brand new carpet and smelled so good. I love it!

Tate did an excellent job. My carpet was in bad shape and now it's almost like new. He fit me in on short notice. Friendly, professional and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Tate was very prompt with getting us a quote, and he also got us on the schedule in a short amount of time. He was also great with communication. Couldn't be more pleased with how clean the carpet looked afterword's and how fresh our house smelled.
