Tom was great! Easy to work with, cost-effective and knowledgeable. He quickly helped to remove a hazardous tree that was in a tricky situation as result of recent high winds. Then came back and helped remove two additional dead trees in our yard. He saved us from potential property damage both on our yards and our neighbor's

Our 35 ft. tree fell over during the latest storm blocking our driveway. We called Tom via Neighbor's website and he came over within the hour as promised and cleared the tree from the driveway. His price was reasonable and he did not collect until the job was done. Between his other obligations and weather it took 10 days to complete the job. Great guy we are very pleased with the job.

Thomas is extremely professional. We had a dead tree in the back yard he cut down within no time. Not only did he have great pricing he also took a look at the tree in our front yard that was hit hard by the late frost to give us a recommendation. I would highly recommend Thomas for any tree removal or pruning needs.

Had a great experience working with Tom. Tom was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to save us money with some homeowner education and product recommendations for our trees suffering from mites/bores. I will definitely consult with Tom again if we have any future needs.

Had a chance to speak with Tom and arrange consultation for our trees, coincidently in the same neighborhood. After waiting for a week for our appointment we were asked if it would be ok to reschedule for the following day which was completely fine. That was the last time I ever heard from Tom as our consultation never happened. No courtesy to say he wouldn't make it and no call back either, just a no-show. Will look elsewhere.
