I live in Fresno, and they are based in Bakersfield, and I was hesitant that they would handle the job in a timely manner. In our first encounter with their tech, they were timely and professional. The day of instalation, they came in early and went above and beyond their schedule time to make sure that my unit was up and running before they left for the day.
