X Power Electric most definitely exceeded my expectations. Alex, came out same day and install a light switch for me and separated some power outlets. He was honest, as well as early for the appointment. I am very impressed with his efficiency as well as his professionalism. I highly recommend! Here's the bottom line up front, I highly recommend Alex and his team. Why? I had a choice from 3 other contractor's bids, yet I choose XPower because of several factors; I decided primarily because of his responsiveness & communication. My father was an electrician by trade and I recognize when someone knows their stuff & can easily communicate timely & succinctly. I must admit, at first I was skeptical because I got this contact as a random Facebook lead & I could only evaluate off Google recommendations. I was pleasantly surprised. Almost all of the electricians I worked with in the past were overpriced and severely lacked in customer service... it was never a pleasant experience until I met Alex and Sam! I recently needed an EV charger installed, so I reached out to four electricians, one of them being Alex--boy am I glad to have discovered him!! Alex promptly reached out to me (even over the weekend!) and gave me an extremely reasonable quote over the phone for the charger. I had an interlock installed for my portable generator. After the install Alex showed me how to operate the panel box and made sure the system operated as expected. I couldn’t get my generator to start at first, but he waited around until I was able to get it running. His price was the best around and was on time. I will definitely call him again for other services.
