Doug and his team installed two Mitsubishi (highest quality) heat pumps and six mini split heads in my home. I got 11 quotes, with a range of equipment and options, and his was the best. Additionally, the work got done in a timely manner, and the craftsmanship of the install (placement, external tubing z etc.) looks great. They even helped me factory reset one of the heads when I accidentally disconnected it from the remote control app and was having trouble doing it myself.

I was extremely satisfied with Xpress, Doug arrived on time, was very friendly and clearly explained the problem with my AC unit. He quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a detailed estimate, and completed our repair efficiently, leaving everything clean and tidy. I felt confident in his expertise and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating or cooling services.

I recently contacted Xpress about better heating for one of the areas in my house. The technician got back to me right away, was well educated about the available products and was able to get me an estimate quickly. The installation process was smooth and quick. After an install, came back out two months later, at no charge, to help adjust the unit to get its heating just right. (It would sometimes overheat a room)
