XR Cabinets

Extremely disappointed with the experience from this company. First, timeframe to receive cabinets was longer than initially agreed on with full payment of invoice. Additionally cabinets displayed manipulates customers to believe color of cabinets are one color all around only to receive cabinets and the color on the inside and shelves was completely a different color. Yes the owner agreed to take cabinets back for a 15% restocking fee RIDICULOUS however I agreed to pay. But to add insult to injury I was also charged for cabinets built incorrect with drilled holes on the wrong panel which is unusable without major correction. Between unexpected fees, defective products and waiting an unnecessary amount of time just to receive my refund the entire experience felt unfair and unprofessional.

I walked in to ask for assistance for a quote because I was interested in purchasing cabinets for my kitchen and the interaction from the minute we walked in was negative. The guy was annoyed that we were there and was speaking to me sarcastically. I didn’t feel welcome so I left. Heads up, it’s probably because they sell to contractors and not the general public (as he shared with me) avoid them at all costs.

I had a family cabinet business for 45 years. Copperwood, when we closed, I found this wonderful place. The staff is awesome. Everybody is helpful and smart and understands kitchens and everything that goes with it. You guys are the best. Thank you very much.

Really good prices. Customer services was poor. I have to created the kitchen my self. Also very short on inventory. I was told several times that they have the merchandise available. I pay for the kitchen cabinets designed and at the time to pick up the kitchen cabinets a lot of pieces where missing. I had to change the entire design and expense more money. I also needed a panel to finish the island i call to see if they have it and in less that 5 day they sold the last panel they have. Their respond was that i need to wait until the new shipment from the port. I understood that i got what i pay for it. I don't recommend this company.

Quality cabinets and really good prices. For standard shaker cabinets they were by far the best price and Juan was great to work with for the design.
