Had XRS put on a new roof. At the end of the job their crew left the stove pipe askew and the stabilizing bracket down about 18 inches. Stan Howe said they would be back to fix it. It has now been over 5 mths and he is pretty much non responsive to my texts and calls. This last rain storm we had the roof leaked in the exact spot of the stovepipe. Still no response to my calls from Stan Howe owner of this business regarding this problem. Seemed like a nice guy. Very un responsive and terrible customer service. I would not recommend Stan Howe or his business.
Chad is a great guy and his crew is tidy and efficient. I refer all my clients that need roof repair and/or replacement to XRS.
Responsible, considerate and hard working. Definitely recommend!
