Xstream Pressure Washing LLC

I don't normally write reviews, but don't want others to have the horrible experience I had with this company. I had them seal my brick patio and the the owner named Nathanial Spencer didn't know what he was doing and did a poor job. He agreed to fix the patio and scheduled another appointment. The day of the appointment, he never showed up or even called. I reached out to him and he gave me an excuse. He then made several other appointments with me, and didn't show up or call once again. He continued to make excuses. Now he has blocked my number. This company lacks customer service skills and I would never recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately, I paid him for the job, and it's basically a loss for me.
