We would leave 0 stars if we could. Purchased LVP. Within months it starting splintering and cracking. Have attempted to get this matter resolved for 2 years now. Dusty said he is in court with the flooring company. The flooring company states this is untrue. In the meantime, no effort to replace our floor, repair it or make it right. So disappointed. And two people have tripped over the strips breaking off. So we are out of pocket to cover an attorney, small claims and to replace our floor. The products sold to us were not in the condition they should have been when installed.

I try to support local businesses. I was slammed and didn’t have time to install rubber flooring in my basement. I went to this store and talked to Dusty, telling him I needed 8mm rubber flooring for about 200 square feet. A couple of days later, he hit me with an estimate of $3,200—yep, THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS. Total rip-off. I ended up buying rubber flooring rolls online and did the job myself for $750. Watch out for this guy’s shady price gouging.

My experiences with Xtra Value Flooring have been excellent. I have used them on three projects since I was given their name. They were highly recommended to me by several people; and I was not disappointed. Dusty and his crew went above and beyond with customer service, quality and price. I have already recommended them to others.

I would not recommend getting your flooring at Xtra Value. My husband and I recently built a house and used this company for all our flooring. The owner had his family members lay out the carpet which had to be corrected because it was done poorly. Glue was on the carpet, a hole was in the carpet and the stairs were cut poorly. I let it go because we were in a hurry to move in. Now our vinyl flooring is coming apart in different areas of our kitchen along with some of the material needs to be replaced in the hallway. I have personally called Dusty 2-3 times with him telling me he will come out or send someone out to look at our flooring. No one ever shows up. Dusty has told my husband several times that he will try to make it out to our house or send someone but again no one ever shows up

We have used Xtra Value Flooring for our office flooring remodel and our own personal residence also with hardwood and carpet! Highly Recommend! Great prices & service!
