Front entry door lock change was supposed to be an easy job but little did i know that the lock was over 35 years old and the new standard front entry door locks are different holes. The technician came out early and helped me figure out a solution instead of buying a whole new door. Saved me lots of money. He was able to custom make wood slots that filled in the pre existing holes so that he can drill new ones he somehow macgyvered it with his knife. Excellent service and diligent job. Took about 4 hours but hey he saved me a new door lock. Very happy with overall service and will be coming back if more projects. Highly recommend. Great job guys.

I contacted the technician because i needed help with fixing and replacing several items at my rental before a new tenant moved in. I sent him pictures of everything and we agreed on a price. I also purchased all of the parts and items ahead of time. He was very communicative picked up a new toilet for me from home depot on the way to my place and was at my place on time. I contacted the technician yesterday and he quickly responded within an hour to schedule for today. His prices are much better than others in the area and i appreciate how much he was able to get done. He made everything seem easy to fix which was awesome since others i had contacted had made it seem as though i would be needing to replace the entire shower itself. I had my shower door hinges fixed and shower heads installed he was out within 30 minutes. Thank you so much.

This morning our shower handle just decided to stop working it was really hard to turn to begin with so my husband and i panicked when we realized we couldn't turn the water off no matter how hard we turned it. We quickly turned off our whole house water system to stop it for the time being and tried to take it apart ourselves with the help of youtube.
