Horrible customer service and zero accountability. Called a month ago to set up a quote and I was told I would get a call to set up a day. Never got a call… I called back and they said they could come that Sunday. Never showed up… I called back and they said it was raining that day but I told them it was inside a week before (no attention to detail). Finally a guy showed up and I showed him the slab that would be removed and replaced. He told me he would pass along the numbers to an estimator, and that he didn’t’ need an e-mail to quote. Two weeks go by, but I still haven’t heard from them which isn’t a shock. I call (again) and they know exactly who I am by now and this time they want my e-mail so they can send me a quote.
