Called for an emergency delivery yesterday. They came and pumped 90% water into my oil tank. Told them I needed it removed and they could even keep their money. They refuse to take the oil back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I only ordered 100 gallons and they pumped 431 then wanted me to pay $1899. 100 gallons came to $460. Told them come back and siphon out your mistake. They say they don’t have the tools to do so. When my husband went down to “office” owner admitted it was his error. Now he wants to sue me for his mistake. Awful company. Their so called office is a coffee/donut shop with oil truck in the back. No siphon tools? Gee I’m assuming this is an OSHA violation which I’m now looking into. Just to let you know , Sergio, I filled out OSHA form to investigate you. Enjoy
