I would like to share my feedback on Yardnique/Phoenix Landscaping. My experience with their services, particularly in the context of managing an HOA or POA, has been less than satisfactory. Communication has proven challenging, making it difficult to reach Shawn when needed. Additionally, I found the pricing to be on the higher side given the perceived quality of workmanship. In my opinion, this does not align with the standards expected from a reputable local business. I believe there is a lot of room for improvement in these aspects, and I hope this feedback contributes to the enhancement of their services.

I truly enjoy working with Andrew Redden and the Myrtle Beach team. They maintain a high standard of quality and are committed to providing communities and individual owners with the best service. Andrew has been extremely responsive and worked quickly to trouble-shoot any issues that I have faced. I look forward to continuing my relationship with their team. Would certainly recommend!

Andrew and his team have taken great care of our properties. The landscaping looks great! If we ever have any issues, we can just send him a message and we know he will promptly address our concerns. After going through 3 companies in 2 years, I think we have finally found a winner!
