Yarnall Moving and Storage Solutions

After 20 years of being a loyal customer I am writing this urgent warning that the current system is broken. Our packing was a disaster! The move through Interstate Movíng to Mexico City failed miserably. Many broken valuables. Glass ware, ceramics, and small tables utterly destroyed. We paid extra for “white glove” service. Don’t ever fall for this . They are refusing to discuss any resolution, falling back on “ we didn’t insure the move adequately “. This is not a first class operation anymore.

Highly recommend. My experience with Yarnall was only positive. My dates changed more than once, and they happily accommodated me. Also, a treasured kitchen table was damaged during the move -it was nobody’s fault - but Yarnall repaired the table at no cost to me. The insurance coverage I’d purchased for the move would not have covered replacement and they could’ve shrugged it off, but they made it right. Good people.

The team at Yarnall is just top-notch! They recently completed a complex project for me and one of our VIP clients. They were well organized, careful, professional, patient, kind and went the extra mile to be sure everything was exactly right once placed in the client’s home. They deserve all five stars.!

1/2 van came not enough room . 12/8 sent another van. It's 1 month and still don't have my boxes and furniture. Three times was told would come . A Nightmare and unforgettable. Paid over 6 thousand for service that never came .

Yarnall's moving team did an excellent job of moving our home on Longboat Key to University Park Country Club. They arrived on time with all of the necessary supplies and equipment, a team of four skilled movers, and two trucks and had us fully moved into our new home by the end of the day. All of our belongings including several large paintings were move with no issues. I recommend Yarnall without any reservations.
