Great service from start to finish. Office staff and technicians are courteous and professional. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry, answered all my questions, and gave me an accurate price quote. The technician showed up on time and explained what was being done. Terrific local company; highly recommend.

Yates is amazing! We have woods behind our house and get some gross bugs that get in to our house. After 1 visit from our technician Vernon, we haven’t seen ANY bugs in the house at all! Vernon is amazing and is so helpful, kind and respectful of our animals and property! His communication and punctuality is top notch. You don’t see that very often anymore! Thank you Vernon!

Been using Yates Astro since we moved to Statesboro in 2022. Vernon, our tech, has been exceptional. He always communicates before, during, and after every service visit so we’re never left guessing. He’s always very professional and we’ve never had an issue with pests, spiders, bugs, or mosquitoes. Gnats? Now that’s another story…but this is Southeast Georgia and I don’t think anyone has a solution for those.

Vernon is always on time communicating his service date and responding to any questions. I would highly recommend Yates-Astro for their service providers!

I am very satisfied with the service we have been provided. Ben, the service provider, does an excellent job. He always calls in advance to inquire on a convenient day to spray our home. He calls the day of service to let me know the time he will arrive. This is a big help to me because I work during the day and his phone call allows me to meet him at a specific time instead of sitting all day waiting on him to come.
