I am a contractor- I deal with about 3 ready mix trucks a week in different states from different companies. I usually get “yep- nope- uh huh- yep- we will see what we can do- no guarantees”- but not with this company. Hands down best customer service I have ever dealt with on the phone with dispatch. I don’t write reviews either. Just wanted to say keep up the good work guys. Hopefully be back in your area and give you some more business soon.
