Yates Heating & Air

Yates is the best! They came to fix my air at midnight on a Saturday night in the middle of the blazing hot summer because I have a family member who cannot tolerate heat. Excellent service! I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Yates was very responsive to a service request we had. Unfortunately it was a leak that could not be repaired. Yates was very prompt about providing us an estimate of three different options, explaining the differences and went over the timing of installation all on the same visit. We were happy with our choice we made, the installation was on time and professional. We have had no challenges with the new HVAC unit. We are happy to have chosen them for our needs. One last item to note is that my wife works night shift and Yates was able to accommodate our request for afternoons to allow her time to sleep. We are very thankful for them working with us on so many items with our repair and replacement. We highly recommend them and their Trane product they sold us.

My heat pump broke down just as the cold weather hit. Yates was able to provide a SEER16 unit and worked in sub-freezing temperatures to replace my old one. A few days later the snow storm of the decade hit Arkansas with sub-zero temperatures, and the new unit performed perfectly. The service was fast and friendly, and the workmanship was top notch. The sheet metal flashing work they did between the unit and the house looks great. And there were no "surprises" on the final cost. I am very pleased with Yates Heating and Air.

The Yates repairman was friendly, professional, and responsive. My heat was back up and running within 24 hrs of calling to request service. Well done!

The technician called before he arrived, and showed up within 10 minutes. He diagnosed and repaired the problem (bad defrost control board) within about 15 minutes. He was courteous the entire time. Very satisfied with the service I got that day!
