Yates Parking Garage 200 E Adams

Clean, well lit, easy to navigate, and very convenient to the Florida Theater. $5 concert parking is such a great deal for a facility like this.

Easy access and $5.00 CASH. Waze directions were wrong though. They said to maker a right on Adams to get to the garage but it is a ONE WAY street. Coming from south if JAX, you need to turn right on Forsyth then left on Market and a left on Adams St and then into the garage. Google Maps confirms this

Great place to park for Florida Theatre, any Bay Street Night Clubs, Jessie Ball Dupont Center, or any ocean front event overflow parking.

I would never use this parking garage again I called in March to cancel my membership (due to me having a wreck and totaling my car) I specifically asked did I need to uber up there to cancel or am I able to do so over the phone the lady told me I didn’t have to come in and that she just needed my name also asked what garage I was in so to my knowledge I as the customer did my part to cancel today I went in to restart my membership and when getting there the lady is telling me I have to not only pay for the month of March but I also have to pay a late fee if I want to resume parking even though I called she then says they require a 30 day notice (which none of this was communicated when I called in March the beginning of March to cancel) as I’m explaining that I wasn’t told any of this in
