This place is disgusting. They "inspect" houses but they put a little disclaimer on their report that they do not have to disclose anything basically. Fast forward a year later this company put my children and I at risk for wiring that was sparking in the attic, rats nest that took 6k to get rid of, plumbing problems that require thousands of dollars to fix, and black mold that my small children and I have been breathing for more than a year as it turns out. Our roof has a significant crack along a main beam that should have been noted too! Please be warned that this is a terrible business. People should be warned before they are out thousands of dollars for repairs. I intend to find a lawyer to sue them for everything we have been through, the cost of the house, and the cost of the repair

Paid them $500 to do a termite and home inspection before purchasing our home. They said it was fine, never had termites. So, we purchased our home only to find out later that it, at one time, had termites and had termite damage. 2 exterior ways and a low bearing wall. We called them and got no where with them. We did not have active terminates so damage was done before the inspection. The 2nd company said Yates should have seen that the house at one time had termites. Also there were several electrical issues that were visible under the house. Call a lawyer and was told we could only sue for the amount we paid them---$500. Later I was talking to a realtor and she said: please tell me you did not have Yates do the inspections. So, that should tell you it was not just us. They s

Had them come out for a spider problem, appointment setup was easy and quick. He came out next day and worked efficiently. They even came back to help me get a wasp nest down and was very understanding. Definitely my go to now. Great customer service. Thanks for y’all’s help!
