Yates Property Maintenance

I am always dissapointed by the lack of communication skills this place has. Its representative gaslights, is dismissive and feels a false sense of authority. Their work is not always solid. They create more problems than needed. I truly wish the people they hire had real maintenance skills and communication skills.

Mario was fantastic! Not only did he re-install my water heater but when he tested it to ensure it was working, he found the solenoids were bad and immediately went out to get new ones without me asking so I would have hot water that evening for my shower. Very professional, friendly and definitely got the job done right the first time!

After having some issues occur with some of the employess, the owner of the buisness came out to speak with me himself. He showed immense professionalism and maturity and discussed the concerns I had with respect and dignity. He also gave me an excellent piece of advice moving forward, from here on out I will speak to him first and foremost for any service or concerns I have. He is the most respectful owner I have spoken with and I encourage anyone who is displeased with thier service to speak with him and him alone.

The maintenance crews are all amazing hard working guys. They work long hours and get no appreciation from the owner or the tenants they serve. Seems like the owners have no respect for their workers that's cuz they don't. I don't think they know what it means to respectful to those who work so hard for your benefit. The owners could use a little humility in their lives and try to create a drama free work place. I think their like the drama...

Kelly came in today, December 11th. He was fantastic. Empathetic, honest, and thorough. It was purely Kelly today that I gave three stars, otherwise it would be a one. I will say I have not been overly impressed with Yates overall- their work seems shoddy, rushed, and incomplete (ex: installed new towel racks but left holes from the old, patched a wall in a bedroom but the patch is uneven). I don't know if it is a miscommunication with our landlord to the maintenance company, or if it trickles down from the higher ups to the crew, but it suvks. The maintenance crew always seems apologetic, they have a ton of work to complete in other places when they come here- they seem a little worn down. I wish they would plan for any and all maintenance to be done in bulk, rather than a singular item h
