Yoav was recommended to us by friends of ours who hired him to remodel their home and were very happy with the results. Yoav remodeled our home and did an outstanding job. He has a keen mind, excellent project management skills, is detail-oriented, and a great problem solver. My husband and I really enjoyed working with Yoav and still adore him (and how many people ever say that about their contractors by the time the job is done?!). Our house turned out beautifully, and every time there's a mini LA earthquake or a heavy rainstorm I send blessings to Yoav for such a quality build.

Yoav did a major renovation of our house in 2019. We redid the entire first floor including removing a fireplace and a staircase and changing the entire layout (including walls and kitchen placement, moving bathrooms, etc.). Yoav came in pretty much on time and on budget, which is very rare. He was easy to work with and I liked his candor, even when he disagreed with me (he was usually right). We have now lived with his work for 5 years with no complaints. House has held up great, even with two “once in a lifetime” rainy seasons. Thanks so much Yoav! He also works with Jane Koblin, who is an interior space planner (didn’t know these existed) who came in and had a much better vision for our house than I could have ever conceived. I have nothing but praise for YD Construction. They did a terrific job remodeling my kitchen and adjacent dining room. The work proceeded on schedule, there were no surprises. The quality of the construction and finish was superb.

YD Construction did an excellent job on our project (they take pride in their work and do not cut corners). They were trustworthy, professional, communicative and prudent. Would absolutely go back to them for any future projects.
