Thank you, Yeagers, for keeping us warm! We had an issue with our boiler, and Mike did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing it efficiently. He was kind, professional and thorough (as is always our experience with the Yeager’s team). The staff at Yeagers is phenomenal, and it’s obvious that they pour a lot of care into their work. We highly recommend their services!

Hired this company to be my new HVAC company and to maintain the maintenance contract on my boiler and air conditioning system. When I first switching to them I told them what I wanted and the receptionist told me that that's what they do and I was happy. When they finally showed up to do the cleaning they did not do what I asked or was expecting and it has been a horrible process since then to get a resolution to this. The person that claims to be the service manager, Zach, Has been increasingly rude and has not really treated me with the respect that I deserve as a paying customer. I feel like they are trying to take advantage of me now and I am not happy and Zach, refuses to provide a manager speak with. Yeager’s came and did a tune up on our boiler. My wife paid for the service in full and received a receipt. A few weeks later they decided they did not charge us enough and sent us another bill for an additional 100$. I went to the office and presented the original bill that had been signed paid in full. The office employee stated she would talk to the manger and give me a call. Instead of ever reaching out they tacked interest on the bill and continued to mail delinquent payment slips out. Do not recommend for service.

The driver who came down Lower Macungie Road at the Cedar Crest Blvd intersection has to be one of the worst and unprofessional drivers out there. I was coming down Cedar Crest Blvd and had a green light at the intersection. The driver pulled out in front of me and apparently thought I was in the wrong as he brake checked me and drove slower than the speed limit. He proceeded to yell obscenities at me as he turned left towards the Emmaus High School. I did call and report him to the company but they do not have and truck numbers on their vehicles to reference. I sure hope they do a better job vetting drivers and hiring more professional individuals.

Great company. very helpful and responsive with answering questions. And they have good payment options for year round systems.
