I recently bought a vintage rug at an estate sale that was caked in layers of dust and grime. I knew it was beyond my abilities to clean but didn't want to spend a fortune on it. This company had great prices including pick up and delivery and you can add in sanitizing or deodorizing as well. I was able to make an appointment quickly and the rug was clean and returned within a week. The rug which is very old looks great and beautiful and i am so glad that it will have more life to live thanks to them.

They are super professional and so accommodating. I initially contacted them late summer 2018. They came out to review the job and provided me with a very competitive bid. I looked at other companies but for steam cleaning a mattress sofa bench dining chairs and area rug i could not even come close to their service and price. Not only that but they stood by their estimate even months later when the job was completed. I had to reschedule a few times they were super patient great attitude always calling to confirm and or reschedule. The technician was wonderful. He called me in advance arrived on time and was finished well within the time frame. He provided excellent service and i have no hesitation at all about recommending him to anyone.

I recommend this business without reservations. Every aspect of the process of getting our 2 large area rugs one 15x7 and one 24x4.8 cleaned was flawless providing quotes evaluating honestly the work to be done and the possible outcomes including the ones you don't want to hear performing the cleaning off site and finally delivering and installing. The timelines were accurate too. There was slight damage to one of our rugs when it came back after the cleaning. They took it back and repaired it fully in fact more the repairs extended beyond the slight damage. The owner and team deserve kudos. We were very pleased with their service. Personable folks too.

I left a huge stain on my couch. Pretty much smeared chocolate all over. I bought the couch with zero knowledge of upholstery cleaning and tried the manufacturer's website for help. Their instructions applied to spot cleaning only, and when I tried it, the method did not work. Then I noticed that they recommended a professional clean yearly and immediately looked for options. This company was rated five stars and everyone loved their work. The owner and I communicated Sunday. He was quick to respond and scheduled me a few days later. The cleaner that came showed up on time with one load of gear. He spent quite a while cleaning the cushions and frame. It had to dry overnight but the couch looks amazing. We have had it for a couple of years, and it really looks newer than it has for a while

Highly recommended. Called this company the day before we needed cleaning services and they were the only company that responded on new years day. The supervisor arrived right in time the following morning and i was greeted with a warm attitude and super friendly personality. Upon arrival she walked through the house with me and gave me a quote very similar to the quote i received over the phone. She had 2 helpers with her and they began to work right away. Results the house looked brand new when they were done. I received a walk through with a full explanation of the services completed and cleaning materials used. I have never been so happy with a cleaning service. I will definitely use them again in the near future.
