I called at 7am and left a message and I received a call back less than five minutes later! They were able to come that afternoon and find the issue. They had to order the part and installed it the next day. Very professional, reasonably priced and very responsive. Highly recommend them!

Your company was fast and efficient with the fix on my water heater. And the cost was very reasonable. Chris was a pleasure to work with, he arrived in a timely manner and got right to work diagnosing the issue. I was grateful that your company was so willing to work with my home owner warranty, it was, however, unfortunate that they didn’t want to work with me!!! Valuable lesson learned. You guys were great, I’m so appreciative for your help after being without warm water for 5 day!!!
