Yellowstone Landscape

We live ik River Front Estates in Edgewafer. Yellowstone services our mowing and irrigation. Irrigation has not worked in over 5 weeks and there have been multiple tickets opened and ZERO communication. NOTHING! Customer service is non existant.

can’t speak to their work but if it’s anything like their driving, don’t hire them. driving on their phones, sitting at green lights ON THEIR PHONES, buddy even looking down while driving, flicks you off if you give a short horn tap to let them know they’ve been sitting at a green light for over a minute. literally will go to ANYONE else besides these guys & you should do the same

Why do your landscapers continually mow where I ask them not to and then wack the heck out of the grass. I have asked over 6 times and no one will listen. This is in Coral Trace, I would not hire these folks as a vendor.

I can’t speak to the quality of their work (though the other reviews seem pretty negative). What I can speak to is a) the commercial truck I was behind for 10 minutes today had zero working brake lights; b) the same truck also had uncovered trash cans blowing trash onto the road as they drove along oblivious; and c) due to their B2B nature there is no local email contact to address concerns hence this public google review.

The Trails HOA is quite pleased with the relationship we have established over the last 7 years. We look forward to continuing the relationship and appreciate the quality of work Yellowstone does within our community. -Trails HOA Manager and Landscape committee
