Yellowstone Landscape

In May, a Yellowstone Landscape crew damaged my vehicle in Mt. Pleasant, SC. They admitted fault and agreed to cover the repairs, but have now ghosted me for nearly 3 months — even after I submitted a $4,200 estimate and $3,000 in rental car receipts. The branch manager even told me he'd "make sure I don’t see a dime." I’ve called, emailed, and involved HR. Nothing. I’ve now filed a BBB complaint and spoken to a lawyer. This should have been resolved long ago.

The complex that I live at used this company for many years for landscaping and a few other projects. We finally decided to terminate our contract with them which was one of the best decisions we have made. Not only were they wildly overpriced but the job that they did on our lawn was progressively worse each year. We now work with a smaller company who actually cares about the customers they provide service to. Our lawn looks incredible and the price is significantly less. I would strongly advise you to spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere. This business has gotten too big for its britches and has forgotten the fundamental principles that allow a business to thrive in the first place!

Have no choice in who cuts my yard due to being in an HOA and they chose them, but every time it is something different with them. I’m in a townhome and have a super small yard yet somehow every time they come to cut/weed eat/edge the yard they do something to make it quicker for them. Last time it was not weed eating anything and half the grass was a different height due to them missing spots. This time, not only did they weed eat and get grass all over the house, fence, etc, but they also did not even blow off the yard or patio! Ridiculous that if they are paid to do a yard that if done right takes maybe 15 min, they can’t even take the time or care to do it right. What’s the point of being paid if you’re not going to do the job right?

I have worked as a vendor with Yellowstone on many major projects, both businesses and residential. Their staff, particularly the Senior Account Manager Kevin Reed, has always been quick to answer emails and address my concerns. Kevin has gone above and beyond expectations with anticipating issues and working to quickly resolve new ones as they arise. He truly is delivering the Yellowstone promise of Excellence in Commercial Landscaping.

I was so pleased! Josh came out and walked me through everything I wanted and needed to do. He was knowledgeable and offered some great insights and advice to my landscaping and drainage needs. I had Yellowstone install a 50'+ French drain, 6 evergreen trees, over 70' of edging and finishing mulch. Zach and his crew came and were fantastic! From start to finish they communicated with me and did an outstanding job with everything. Grateful to have had such a wonderful crew. My yard looks amazing! I will be a repeat customer anytime I have landscaping needs!
