Yes Floors did a fantastic job with our new carpet install and trim. They really went above and beyond from start to finish. Jason was very personable and professional and made sure everything was done right. We had a lot of pet damage and they Kilz and sealed our floors, installed new moisture barrier padding, and plush carpeting. They also did custom trim work to match our existing trim. Overall fantastic experience with Jason and his team.

Like with many renovation projects, there were a few unexpected setbacks—one shipment arrived with a few broken tiles, and later we realized we needed additional boxes to complete the project. What could have been stressful turned out to be a smooth experience thanks to Jason and his team’s professionalism and responsiveness.
