Our carpets look brand new stains we thought were permanent are completely gone. He took the time to explain the process, was respectful of our home, and clearly take pride in his work. Not only was he reasonably priced, so friendly and so kind to my 4 crazy dogs, he took the time to explain to me exactly what he was doing and everything looks absolutely amazing.
