Had an amazing experience with YesSir Services. The owner Dodley Joassaint personally repaired and stretched my carpet, explained during the entire process educated us in ways to avoid any further creasing of the carpet. He provided a five year warranty, that is reassuring. To sum it up, we had a conversation yesterday, he came out this morning, took care of the issue cleaned up and was gone by 1pm. Did I mention great pricing, Love it😁

I inquired about carpet repair through Angie’s List and a few hours later got a call from Lee. Lee came out the same day I called to give me an estimate and showed up at 8am the following day to do the repairs. Lee is not only a hard worker, he is a great person that pays attention to every detail. I seldom give glowing reviews, but if I could I would give Lee a 10 star review. He is the BEST! Lee and his company are great! He was at my house before 6 pm and done in 45 minutes. Very friendly, quick and knowledgeable. Even let my husband watch and learn while he did the job. He removed some carpet from our guest room closet and just look at the before and after to see his incredible work. Why would you ever want anyone else?!
