Matt and his team were exceptional throughout the entire process. From the beginning, Matt stood out for his clear, open communication. He was consistently responsive—whether by phone or text—and always available to answer questions, no matter how detailed. His informed, honest, and straightforward approach was the main reason I chose to work with him over others. The installation and delivery were on time, and everything went as promised. Matt and his team deserve highest score here. They got all the permits in place, quite a complex installation of a new big lift started on schedule. Old lift was carefully removed (I was able to sell it afterwards). The survey discrepancies and new boat bigger size than originally indicated, required multiple modifications to original plans. Several parts needed customization. Matt communicated all clearly to me and crew implemented it. Professional advice for docking, fenders and all. They were courteous with neighbors regarding noise, parking and dock access. Price was competitive, final portion paid after finalization. We love new lift with it's multiple adjustments. Austin and his entire Team are excellent! My project was started when promised, and finished ahead of schedule. ( Unheard of in South Florida) I was very impressed with the communication throughout the entire process and the quality of work was superb. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
