Easy place to find for delivery. Fast unloading and was able to park on the curve for overnight parking. Might have to blindside back in or you might not.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. We needed a critical part and after at lease 25 emails and 10 phone calls, we were told the part would deliver the next day. The next day we got an email saying the part was out of stock and eta was 3 weeks out!!!!!!!! I'd love to hear from the manager at this location.

We call all afternoon no one answer the phone. We were looking for some relays for an emergency repair. We got to the store and they were rud and were not able to help on gettings parts. York this is not professional nor acceptable. I recommend people going somewhere else. Do not uses this store. You will regret it. Dont waste your time.

They do not return phone calls regarding billing! Multiple attempts to PAY A BILL and they do not bother to return the call and then they send you to collections for not paying the bill you have been trying to pay for months. If they were not the only source for york chiller parts I would never deal with this horrible company

Quick to place an order, never respond thereafter. Very disappointed in York.
