Extremely very helpful in times of necessity when things don’t work out. I’ve always been able to contact someone especially in the Tech support department. And usually gotten my problems solved. For instanced , we just installed a 12.5 ton rooftop unit and couldn’t get the VFD to work. I sent a text toTech Support Mark Oprisiu After hours in which he did respond and said he would try and help not being in front of a computer. In his efforts to assist us at 8:30 at night we were able to find that wires were stripped out of the relay that controls the VFD with his assistance we were able to get the RTU Running for our customer. Avoid this company at all costs. This is by far the most disappointing service I’ve ever dealt with. The staff shows zero professionalism, zero respect, and zero responsibility. It genuinely feels like they don’t care whether they fix the problem or waste your time. If you value your money, your equipment, and your sanity, choose literally any other company. This place will only bring you headaches.
