One of the most professional supply houses I've used. The office people and order takers are knowledgeable, polite and quick to serve you. Hats off especially to Jen, Lauren and Jason who go above and beyond what is expected of them!

They have the worst customer service and apparently quality. We were clearly sold a lemon when we have had 2 major parts fail within the warranty period. However the failure of the second part had contaminated the whole system, so it doesn’t matter that the part is under warranty. Their solution- do something that would cost 3x the cost of a new system. Will they at least just offer a credit in the amount of the failed part you ask? Nope. Actually they say they can’t even talk to the homeowner only to a contractor-whom they keep trying to act like has never contacted them. So disreputable, dishonest and disrespectful. If I could give 0 stars I would. The absolute worst!!!!

Everyone at York Audubon is very friendly and very helpful whenever I need them. Great service and great group of people.
