I found York Home Performance on Facebook. I was familiar with the home energy audit program through BGE from a former home. York was very friend and got me scheduled for an audit. They gave me a reminder call and text the day before. Cooper came out to do the audit. He was very professional and thorough. He showed me all the areas of my home that they were checking and explained why. They even checked to make sure my furnace was operating efficiently and not emitting to much dangerous carbon monoxide or leaking propane. After the audit he emailed me a whole document with recommendations to improve my home's efficiency. They broke down 3 options good, better and best and told me about rebates and tax credits available. They got me a huge discount (about 75%) using BGE rebates. They collect
