Yorkville Parking

I strongly advise against utilizing this parking facility. Based on my personal experience, it is the worst place to leave your vehicle in New York City. One of their employees stole cash and a drone from my car, with the total value of the stolen goods exceeding $500. I reported this incident to the parking office. The gentleman who initially received my complaint appeared professional and left me hopeful that the office genuinely cared about their customers. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I was assured that I would be contacted within a few business days after they reviewed the camera footage. When I did not receive a follow-up, I called the office again. This time, a woman answered, and her demeanor was far from professional or pleasant. Rather than providing emotional support

They charge an extra fee for “oversized” minivans. (Bad for families!) I also wouldn’t park my car here monthly, they definitely whip those things around the garage and definitely could potentially bust your brakes and paint job.

Our team needed parking for multiple cars and their prices was very reasonable. The staff is very helpful and friendly the morning guy Arnold.

They don’t take Tesla. It’s a company rule. Cars are now being excluded. It’s a shame.

Spoke to someone at the garage they were very rude It’s almost like they don’t want customers I’ll be parking somewhere else.
