I've consistently experienced excellent customer service with Yosemite Irrigation, particularly with Chris. Their communication stands out – if you send a detailed email, and follow up with a phone call after your email. I also appreciate their after-hours service: if you call after hours and leave a message, you get an automated text confirming their office is closed, but you can reply with details and even pictures. I did this recently and Bret from Yosemite immediately texted me back, confirming he was on top of the issue, and it was quickly resolved. They are incredibly thorough, even sending before and after pictures and videos of the repairs. The team, led by Avery, was prompt, professional, and quickly fixed the issues with my irrigation system after having artificial turf installed. Everything now runs smoothly, coverage is perfect, and the pricing was fair. Highly recommend them for any irrigation needs.

I paid for 2 1/2 pallets of sod to be installed after the existing St Augustine grass was removed. They assured me that they own their sod farm and it was top quality. Beware, it is infested with torpedo grass (Google it) and my lawn service said there was no way to rid it except to dig it all up, down past the roots. I called, no visit, I called again, no visit. Now I get emails for a free estimate for a(winter tune up) or redo my existing sprinkler system. They came and said I didn’t need any changes but the adjusted two heads. I was billed $140! Do not do business with these folks. There are more honest people out there……

When my Rain bird blew up due to a pest infestation inside the wall unit.....Yosemite sent a tech named Moses. Moses was as professional as it gets.... great trouble shooter. He had my whole system fixed within an hour. He also reset all schedules for every zone. Great guy too.

We’ve used Yosemite for a handful of smaller projects and they always do a great job. They go above and beyond and are very easy and friendly to work with. Chris is wonderful; he is easy to get hold of and tries to get you scheduled as soon as possible, often making accommodations if needed. Brett, their lead person to come out and do the jobs is fantastic as well. He’s always very polite, courteous, on time, and hard working!
