Yost Water Delivery

I called this man three times in a year and a half. He got a thousand reasons why he couldn't bring me a load of water. I mean he has no business dealing with the consumer. A mean and nasty man. I'll never call him again. Gary

I called asking about water delivery for my cistern & pool, the man on the phone was rude and condescending. I asked to be placed on a waitlist & all he kept saying was he has regular customers that come first. I stated that I understood that, I didn’t expect to jump the line, just asking if he was excepting new customers. He continued to give me a speech about his long time, steady customers. I basically gave up in asking & ended the call. Why have your number listed for business if you don’t want a new customer?

I will NEVER recommend YOST again! This is the 3rd time we have used them & this current time he was asked to fill our pool. He said he generally doesn't do pools but he will call us when he is to be here soon... nope no phone call nor respect when I had asked him about putting water in our pool. Continously argued with me when I told him if he's not going to put water in the pool to just leave and ill find someone who will... the lack of respect and his attitude barely got him out of the truck... it was ridiculous.. I didn't even want to give him a star but I had to, to leave my review.

This guy is relatively cheap. I only use 1 truck load for my cistern. I see most of his complaints are on pools mostly because his biggest truck is only 2000-2500 gallons. Call deans or someone else for huge pools imo. Otherwise good guy imo.

I’ve been trying to get water delivered for 3 days.. he doesn’t seem to understand that people have jobs .. I explained that the earliest someone would be home was 1:30 and he called 2 days in a row early morning wanting to delivery and then told me I was outside my delivery window .. WTH.. he was also extremely rude.
