You Move Me Phoenix

My first time using movers and YMM was so professional, courteous, and kind. Malik was very professional and made my move very smooth. Malik was very careful with my items from my old home to my new home. The move was early in the morning and the movers showed up with a smile and good energy. Even my little dog was happy to see them. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you also to Andrew for all your knowledge. 10/10 I recommend !!!!! If you are moving book YOU MOVE ME and you won’t be disappointed.

Had a wonderful experience scheduling my move with Haley. She got me a great price and was extremely helpful and kind. The movers, Darian and Jahaun were kind, efficient, and fast! Excellent experience from the first contact with Billy to the last! Very responsive, efficient, and helpful. The quote was very reasonable. Andrew the GM communicated before the move to ensure we were all on the same page and made me feel at ease. Jamon and Darian were absolutely outstanding and took great care but worked very hard to get things packed and moved! They were personable, professional, and very helpful! From customer service accurately mapping out all my belongings in my home virtually, to the friendly workers my service was fast and packed well. I had an impossible task of moving in 1 week and I needed help packing some of the house. They were able to get me a quote quickly and also on the schedule for my move - which I thought would be impossible in the short time frame, but it wasn't Everyone as professional and they took special care for all my items so nothing would be broke. I would recommend them to anyone and will use again in future.

I do not recommend this place!! They were 3 hours late. When they arrived, they may have been rushing to make up time. They did not wrap and take care of my furniture very well at all. They handled them fairly roughly. They didn't check about shelves in the bookcases or cabinets and I lost some brackets. My couch has a rip in it, there's scuffs on other pieces, and they broke a drawer on my desk - and didn't even say anything about it!
