A few months ago, this company did a free termite inspection and give me a quote for full treatment of my house. I had a free inspection coupon and asked the technician if there was any cost for the inspection and quote before he started. He said no, did the inspection and gave me an invoice that says no charge, paid in full. A month later I got a bill for $50 and called the office. The woman was rude, said I still owed them for the “free” inspection and they didn’t take coupons from the national Terminix organization - how was I to know that? I said well, then your technician made a mistake, because I have an invoice for the inspection that says no money is owed. I spoke to Karen, set up appointment, and they sent out Richard. Richard was the most experienced person that I have spoke to regarding insects. He arrived, set up a plan, and got rid of my bee problem. From the first call to Karen and finishing up with Richard, great experience.

They were great about getting out to us and working around our schedule... When we bought our house, they were also super easy to deal with transferring our termite Bond from the previous owner over to us.

If I could leave one star I would. Absolutely terrible. Billed me for service I didn’t request and then turned it into collections even though it WAS PAID! If you want a company that is unethical and want to get ripped off for services you don’t request but they bill you for, then this is company for you.
