We had them out to quote a seemingly basic addition of an electrical line. We accepted their terms and scheduled an appointment. Not only did they fail to show up, they refused to return phone calls. Bizarre behavior for a reputable business. I don’t like to leave bad reviews for small businesses but they left me no recourse.

We had a fantastic experience working with Shannon and Lauren at Young Electric! They provided a quote for a home project that was the most competitive among the three company bids we received. Based on that great first impression, we knew we’d reach out to them again when we purchased a new electric vehicle and needed a charging station installed in our garage. Their turnaround time was fast, and the installation was clean and professionally done. Excellent service from start to finish. We’ll definitely be using Young Electric for future projects. We got a quote for the work which was reasonable. Part way through the job they said it would cost $1500 more. Pretty disappointing as we had no options to change companies because of timing
