I personally can only attest to their oil delivery service and I cannot recommend enough if you're within their service area. From what I found in my area they have one of the most competitive oil prices for orders less than 200 gallons. Kim is friendly over the phone when scheduling and has called back to let me know that my charge will be lower than the receipt left after delivery because they will honor the lower price that was quoted when I ordered and not the increased price on the delivery date.

I’d rate them a negative if allowed. These guys have the audacity to park in other businesses parking lots and then give you crazy attitude for asking them to move their trucks. Who in their right mind would call these guys after seeing their reviews. Do yourself a favor by not asking these people for service you’ll be happy with the other company you go with. Definitely not the first time I’ve had/ heard about their bad business practices.

My parents in their 80's are SO done and moved on. Multiple family members left a message and Email, on Sunday 10/12 for Emergency service. We then called a VERY reliable company that came right out to fix the situation, after experiencing fumes into the home.Their is more to this story as to why, they had fumes and oil smell in the home, because the heater was serviced Thursday before. Finally we convinced them to choose another heating company as the rest of our family has done over the years.

Granted, it’s the homeowner’s responsibility to make sure they monitor their oil level and not run out. That being said, sometimes life happens. I do NOT recommend Young’s in any way. They advertise and offer emergency delivery services - and when contacted they take your information, have a driver call you with a delivery time and then have someone call you back to ask if you’re an existing customer. At no point did they verify at the beginning of our first conversation or clarify on the call or on their website that this is a requirement. I was then told “we aren’t accepting new customers, so we actually won’t be able to fulfill the emergency delivery”. Just bad customer service and advertisement and no care for the people they are refusing to help in 20 degree weather with no heat. Don’
