I had the floors in most of my house changed from carpet to LVP. It’s been about 6 months now and I am noticing the quarter round was not attached securely to the baseboards, I’ve added some photos here. I was spraying pest control around the perimeter of the room and the quarter round with the nail inside came out, clearly not attached to anything. I am now worried if my dog bumps into any he may hurt himself from exposed nails. While I really liked the customer service from Joe, and wanted to work with Your Floor Store again for our other home remodeling projects, I am a bit disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and execution. Shawn was awesome to work with. He listen to us and help design what we wanted. His price was fair, he is very responsive and stays on schedule. Our projects were completed a head of schedule. Each project was executed but an expert that was very good. All the workers were very professional and polite. They removed carpet from our staircase and installed custom wood that looks awesome. They installed carpet in the bedrooms upstairs, tile that looks like wood in the den, replaced the surround around both fireplaces. They even removed the old hearth space on the floor in front of the fireplace and repaired the floor up to the fireplace. Job well done. Going to ‘Your Floor Store’ was the best decision I could’ve made for handling my kitchen/dining room restoration project. Shawn meticulously managed every aspect of the process while maintaining full transparency with communications to my insurance company and his crew of experts that put my home back together.
