Your Garage Floor

Our garage looks great. Kyle, our salesperson and Mike, the owner, were very helpful in answering our questions in a timely and professional manner. The quote and contract process were very straightforward and efficient. The wonderful crew (Carlton, Melvin and Luciano) that came to our home did a fabulous job. They were organized, very tidy, hardworking, courteous and engaging. They were clearly interested in making sure we, the customers, were happy with the work being done. Overall, an excellent experience.

BUYER BEWARE! So the installation was a great. HOWEVER, THE SERVICE AFTER HAS BEEN DISMAL; ACTUALLY IT HAS BEEN NON-EXISTENT. THE NEW OWNER IS NOT RESPONDING TO OUR NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO GET HIM TO HONOR THE WRITTEN CONTRACT WE HAVE. We contacted them within a year of having the floor installed and unfortunately, the new owner has NOT honored the contract. We contacted them because the floor was discolored, which the contract clearly stated would not occur. He said he would respond but asked us to be patient because he was very busy. We agreed. And then nothing. We have tried numerous times to get him to respond and nothing! I would choose a company that stands behind their work. And this is NOT one of them. This was the perfect experience in getting our garage floor epoxy coated. We chose Your Garage Floor company. These guys are fantastic, very professional, on time and great follow up by Mike. The team who came to do the floor, Melvin and his partner were very nice and very professional explaining every step of the process. I never have seen such attention to detail and they were super clean. We love our new floor and would highly recommend Your Garage Floor to anyone. The Martins.

Soon after application, the floor stained in two places seemingly from two tires. I called and emailed several times over several weeks until I spoke to Izzy. She arranged for half the garage was "redone." The stains were minimized but still apparent. A few months later, the clear coat began flaking and now big chunks of it are coming off, see picture. Again, I have called, texted and emailed with no luck. This is the fifth house I have had with an epoxied garage floor and the only one with any problem. This was the only time I used this company. With so many companies applying epoxy to garage floors, I recommend you call one of them and not this one.
