Your H2O Pro

Great company. We hired a so called electrician to install a transfer switch to our breaker box , long story short, he wasn’t an electrician and wasn’t able to install the transfer switch. He also left us with other problems such as blowing the capacitor on our well. So we called h2o ,mind you this is on a Friday after 4 pm, and they Sent Charles the technician out to our home. He quickly fixed the well problem and tried the best he could to resolve the other issues but alas it called for a master electrician. Charles placed a call to the electrician explaining his findings and he was a great service to us, very professional and went the extra mile to help our situation. Thank you Charles for your outstanding work and thank you H2O for getting our water back on late on a Friday evening! W

I can not say enough about H2O pro! We had a issue at my parents house, and my wife and I being from out of town, did not have what we needed to fix it. I called them and within a hour they were at the house fixing the issue. I would like to add that they found and fixed other issues from past work from other companies as well. They not only met but exceeded expectations from the initial call to the repair. Do not hesitate to call this company.

Response to a need for service was exceptional, very quick and efficient and helpful. Technician Eric came out, very competent and well equipped, had everything needed. Cost was fair. I couldn’t ask for more.
