I actually provided a review for Victor in the past.. that is, when I thought he fixed the problem. About $2200 later, he left my home saying he can’t solve the problem, still expecting to get paid for the hours he worked. Hire him if you’re interested in exploratory surgery by a blind person. If you’re wise, I’d advise focusing your spend on solving the problem, not someone who charges by the hour regardless of the result(not to mention their lack of tools and capabilities to deliver). Don’t hire him if you have ounce of brain in you.

Removed one old leaking faucet and installed two new faucet. Excellent work and very friendly!

Victor did a wonderful job on my front steps. He took away the old cement steps and built new steps out of cement. It looks beautiful.
