I just left, looking to gut and remodel 2 bathrooms. I was walking around and went through the tiles, cabinet styles etc. Not one person came out of the back. I could hear them, the bell rung when I entered and departed. They saw me from their back room. Not one person came out. This is their customer service??? Yikes!

YHC has supplied fixtures and flooring for my bathroom renovation, and has now supplied cabinets for my kitchen. The products they sell are very good, and the cabinet manufacturer (Mid Continent) stands behind their product. I will say that some employees are nice initially, but they can become a bit rude when confronted with a problem. However, I would recommend them, but be aware that all of their products have a significant markup compared to what you might find on your own. Still, one stop shopping has its merits.

First bad review i ever left , ever ! . If i could give a 1/2 a star i would . Absolute worst costumer service ever . Be prepared if you go in there to look at countertops, You will be interrogated. I felt like i was playing 20 questions . It was our first day out looking . never again . The sale person was rude and obnoxious . Obviously business must be good , doesn't need a sale . Fyi i told him we are just looking i'll call you if needed anything ,didn't want to bother him as we looked . He couldn't handle that .So we left and went to another/better place . Long story short purchased from K&K and people are coming out to measure . Your loss my gain !
