Thomas Buckallew was the installer. He arrived on time as scheduled and took all the time he needed to complete the installation. The weather was bad so he took extra time to put down protection for the hallway carpets. His work was perfect and the finished product was above our expectations. When we decide to do our other bath, we will absolutely contact YHIC.

Expect project to be continuously delayed as appointments are constantly rescheduled and the contractors are unable to keep to the schedule that they provide. I had a shower, toilet, and vanity remodeled and upgraded; they were unable to do the other work that needed to be done. The quote was done by one contractor, who then left the company a week later. Started by a second, who did the demo and started on the installation, then left the company. Was completed by a third contractor, but found parts missing for the toilet seat and the sink stopper having been bent. He has since separated from the company after six weeks of trying to get the job completed. The job was supposed to be completed the last week of July, before we started back to school. It is now November 18, and I am speaking

William was very respectful and informative! I really loved his attitude about his job and caring for people. I look forward to working more with William in more ways than one. I’m very excited to see the finished product!!

Not a total remodel. Replace tub for shower, flooring replaced and vanity replaced. The salesman told it would take about a week to finish the job once started but the process took over a month. It took forever to get the vanity, then when it did arrive the contractor had to wait on help to install. The overall, project is ok, but I would not recommend them.

Alvin Parrish worked diligently to satisfy my expectations. He made sure all work was acceptable to my husband and myself. Thanks for a job well done.
